This month, Team PHenomenal Hope will once again return to sunny Oceanside, Calif., to compete in the ultra-endurance cycling event, Race Across the West. Race Across the West is an 850-mile bike race held in conjunction with the Race Across America (RAAM). The race will begin in Oceanside, Calif. and finish in Durango, Colo. and must be completed within 68 hours. This year’s team will consist of two women racers and eight crew members.
The team will be led by Crew Chief Peter Kochupura and include returning racers Anne-Marie Alderson and Patricia George. On crew we have Ryann Biedlingmeier, Bryan Blacka, Greg Flood, Scott Morrison, Sarah Quesen, Evan Robinson and Carolyn Whelen. Together, they are racing for the PH community and raising awareness of PH.
Support Team PHenomenal Hope by joining us on Monday, June 15 for a kickoff celebration. It will be a fun and inspiring morning. There will be cool swag on hand for all who attend

Please join us in supporting
The University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine (UCSF) for the
8th International Conference Neonatal and Childhood Pulmonary Vascular Disease
Thursday - Saturday, March 26-28, 2015
"Over the past decade, great strides have been made in our understanding of the pathobiology of pulmonary vascular disease, and from these findings new therapeutic options have emerged. It is increasingly clear that pulmonary vascular pathology is integral to a number of childhood disorders. In this conference, we will bring together international experts to explore our current understanding of the basic pathobiology as well as new and future therapies for neonatal, pediatric, and adult pulmonary vascular diseases."

A Heart for Christmas Light Display
The San Francisco CBS television station just featured a news segment
about a light display that was setup to honor pulmonary hypertension
patient Katie Grace and her wait on the transplant list. As the year
draws to a close, please consider giving one last gift to PHA on behalf
of a very brave Katie Grace Groebner and the thousands of pediatric PH
patients who remain desperate for a cure.
